The AGM for 2018 will be at the Club Room starting at 7.00. pm on Monday 10th December.

Annual Dinner and Prize Presentation

This year on Saturday 24th November at the Bold Hotel with a start time of 6.00.pm. for drinks and the meal at 6.15.pm.

Tickets £25.00 for adults and £12.50 for Juniors

Boxing Day Time Trial, 9:30 start time. Meet at the Club Room from 9.00.am. Up and down the Coast Road (Weld Road  to Pontins and back). Prizes for the best decorated bike and rider.

The tickets are still available to purchase on the website via Paypal.

This year it will be held at The Ramada Plaza, The Promenade, Southport on Friday 17th November at 7:00 pm.

The price per person is £25.00/Under 18s £12.50

4 Course Dinner
Awards Presentation
DJ and Disco
The menu is 

Starter.

Homemade Tomato and Basil Soup with Fresh Bread Roll
Main Course.

Roast Beef with Yorkshire Pudding and Red Wine Jus

Tomato and Goats Cheese Tart with Tapenade, Pesto and Dressed Leaves (Vegetarian)
(All Served with Roast and New Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables)

Tickets go on sale from Monday 11th September via the website and Monday nights at the clubhouse.
Ticket sales close Friday 3rd November.

Please specify any dietary requirements along with the guests full name when buying the tickets.
