SATURDAY 8:30 RIDE. THE RIVINGTON REVEL.

Leave club at 8:30, Plough 8:45, Rufford, Mawdsley, Jolly Tar Lane, Adlington, Tea Rooms, Red Rocks (new route ?), Dalton Church, Home. 60 miles, 2,800 ft climbing. Back for 1:00 pm.

SATURDAY 8:30 Ride – October 22nd.

Pete Scott is leading Saturday’s ride. Start Club House 8:30, Plough 8:45, drift over to Leyland, up the Ever Rising Road, Down to Cedar Farm, Home.

Distance will be about 55 miles. A flat route except for the Ever Rising Road which goes up.

Downhill / Freewheeling Championship – October ‘Third Sunday’ Ride

The fiercely contested Freewheeling / Downhill championship for the coveted shield will take place at Bleasedale as usual.

8:30 RIDE SATURDAY OCTOBER 15th: SKULL HOUSE

This Saturday’s ride meanders around West Lancs. Club House 8:30, Shirdley Hill, Halsall, Rainford, Billinge, Roby Mill, Appley Bridge, Skull House Lane, CF, Burscough, Home. About 52 miles. Flat…just a couple of steady climbs.
